I’m a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer & 200-hour Yoga Teacher.
I created womenweglow to support women who want structure, strength, and consistency in their training & habits - without extremes, confusion, or starting over every few months.
After my own transformation, losing 20kg and then rebuilding strength, shape, and muscle; I learned that consistency, not intensity, is what creates lasting change.
That experience is what shaped my coaching approach today.
My coaching combines strength training, structured habit building, and recovery and mindset work to help women build strong, athletic bodies and routines they can actually sustain.
Because real transformation isn’t built on motivation - it’s built on consistency.
